Planned Conferences
The project members will attend the Leeds International Medieval Congress, and Kalamazoo International Congress on Medieval Studies. There will be an international conference in the final year of the project, and talks will be given to a whole range of societies, both professional and lay, to disseminate knowledge of the project's work.
Planned Publications
- Dr Vale and Mr Booth have undertaken to produce and publish articles based on their particular interests relative to the Gascon Rolls to be published in peer reviewed journals, and will contribute to the edited volume of essays to be produced from the International Day Conference to be held at the end of the project.
- The two researchers will produce a minimum of two articles each based on their work on the Gascon rolls, one to be published in a peer reviewed journal, and the other in the edited volume of essays to be produced from the International Day Conference to be held at the end of the project.
- The edited volume of essays to be produced from the International Day Conference will include contributions from the investigators and researchers, and contributions from invited speakers
- The Gascon Roll for 1337-38, currently being edited by members of the Ranulf Higden Society, will be published with full English translations in an economical printed version, and distributed by the society.
